<p>With the advent of earlier detection of cancers, the increasing use of sentinel node biopsy/sampling, the introduction of 3D radiotherapy and improved detection of the early signs of lymphatic failure, we are seeing a decrease in the incidence/prevalence/severity of cancer-related lymphoedemas, which is great news. However, there is also some bad news on the horizon; the world is warming!</p>
