This document contains a series of case reports describing the use of Askina® Calgitrol® Paste (B Braun), a novel formulation of an established topical antimicrobial, in patients with infected diabetic foot wounds. All patients were treated for a minimum of two weeks and the decision to continue treatment was based on assessment and the ‘two-week challenge’.
