Patient story: wound treatment success with a homemade dilute hypochlorous acid solution

<p class="p1">My mother Alice suffered for more than 3 years with chronic leg ulcers which, although shallow, covered up to half of her lower right leg. After trialling many different dressing regimens without healing the wound, our final path to success used a homemade dilute hypochlorous acid solution to soak and clean the wound on a daily basis. Here, I describe our experience.</p>n<p> </p>
